+ -1 moreThey visit the property on a regular basis, clean the pool, test chemicals, adjust chemicals when needed, and perform other routine maintenance.This is a huge relief for us and the property owners because we know that even though we have tenants in the property, the owner's investment is protected. It is also an added benefit for the tenants because they know that the pool is taken care of.
Description of Work: We use Practical Pools for a monthly maintenance/ cleaning for the pool at a rental house that we manage.
