The owner Bubba Hansen attempted to overcharge us the agreed amount and refused to finish house when we wouldn’t pay

Response from HANSEN HOMES LLC
The husband and wife overspent their means on all their wishes for this house and couldn't pay for it when it was finished. Final inspection and certificate of occupancy was issued by the building department. The owners moved in without paying the last 4 invoices billed on the house. The owners broke their cost plus contract many times starting with not one invoice being paid on time through out the entire construction process. Hansen Homes has been building cost plus houses for over 30 years, and this is our first customer who couldn't pay. If we could rank our customers, this one would be our only F.
