Garage door is over 20yrs old got a new door opener so quiet with two remotes and outside panel. oiled all the springs & wheels on the door .excellent experience for me.

Very courteous and quickly converted from expansion springs (one had broken) to a torsion spring set (which is safer and more reliable). Spent time reviewing how to properly maintain the unit. Overall excellent experience and would recommend to anyone.

Got a lot of good advice so I addressed safety issues for grandson. By adding new rollers as well as replacing broken springs! Then for convienience he will come back with key pad and second remote also for 12 yr old gson to get bikes of his friends in and out easier

When the technician assigned to work on my garage door got tied up on another job, the owner himself came out and fixed our problem. It was obvious to me that these people are very customer oriented. I would hire them again in a hear beat !!!

Showed up the next day. Took less than an hour to install two garage door springs (one on each door - only one broke but they had two available so replaced the other one as well). They lubricated everything before they left. Very satisfied.
