Description of Work: I went to them with a prob with my AC. they pulled my car in lifted the hood, tryed the ac, and told me I needed a blower motor, and a relay. $600.00+. I said I wanted to get another estimate, AND THEY CHARGED ME 104.00+, WHICH INCLUDED SHOP SUPPLIED WHICH THEY USED NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bUMBLE BEE, WRONG ANSWER...................... i HAD THE CAR REPAIRED FOR $429.00. yOU DO THE math..................

+ -1 moreI have very mixed emotions about Bumble Bee. First let me say I found the shop to be very clean and the employees and management very friendly. I went to Bumble Bee in response to a special they were advertising. The date and time I gave are really very broad guesses. The important thing is that I asked to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. When I left the shop I noticed that my car was handling very poorly. I called the shop to ask if they had any idea why this could be happening. The tech told me that it was because the tires now needed to be balanced and they didn't do that. Granted, maybe I should have known this, but the fact is I didn't and no one at the shop mentioned it to me. As a women who often has to deal with repair shops and service people, it is important that I feel I can trust a place to have my best interest at heart. I really think if I was requesting a service that would require me to have the service finished elsewhere they should have made certain I was aware of that fact.
Description of Work: I went to Bummble Bee Automotive to have my oil changed and my tires rotated.
