Worst possible installation possible. Repeated calls to correct. Being totally ignored. Filed complaint with better business. Damaged walls and moldings. Pieced together back splash. Sinks not sealed. Holes for faucets uneven. Please avoid this business and go elsewhere. They take your money and then your on your own. Bad customer service. Linda barlotta

Some months ago I went to this business and looked at granite. They had a pretty good selection and the prices were reasonable. I took one of the business cards. During June and early July, I called the number on the card and left messages to no avail. On Friday July 10th I was able to find an alternate number and reach another employee, Adam Brown. He said he would get back with me on Monday July 13th about coming out for an estimate. Mr. Brown finally called on Thursday saying he had another job out my way and could come by. I informed him that because he failed to call me back as promised, I went with another company--a company that was probably higher but returned my calls in a timely fashion and was eager for my business! Mr. Brown wished me well. I think that being responsive to your potential customers is a better way to do business.

Great group of guys to work with. They listened to my wants and needs, helped me make choices, and told me when they thought something would be good, look nice, or just plain wouldn't look right or work. They are very knowledgeable on what goes together and what materials are best for different things. Made multiple trips to my house to do large and small things...one time just to cut a small piece of wood to be stained...always answered or promptly returned my calls, helped me find other contractors for things they didn't do, told us when something could be done cost effectively or when it was a waste of our money...all husbands like to save money. The biggest thing of all is that we TRUST them in our home WITHOUT US there, yes you heard that right, without us there! You just get a vibe from these guys that they are honest and at your house only to do their job. Will hire again and highly recommend to anyone, if they can't do it they will help you find someone who can. Adam Brown, Jason Grape, Harley, and Dalton at Countertop Creations are great to work with~thanks guys for the great experience!

The Countertop Creation guys came out and picked up our granite, took it back to the shop for fabrication, then returned the next day to install. They did a wonderful job - above and beyond! Very professional and dependable.
