I had to reschedule my appointment twice. It was no problem. They gave me a time from 10 to 12. They show up at 10. The tech was very professional. He went immediately to work. He trouble shoot the problem. Even the issue had stop, he was able to figure out the problem and recreate the sound I was hearing. He thoroughly explained the problem. The problem lied in the blower fan motor. It wasn't broke but it was about to go out. They replace it in one hour. The temp in my house only rose to 75 degrees which is good for the South. They didn't leave a mess when they left. While working the tech got call from his boss who was checking on the status of the job. At 20 mins later the boss show up to assist. I was very impressed. I have dealt with a lot of repair companies and they are by far one of the top companies for my area.

Gable Mount Attic Fan not working. Precision Air installed new motor, then had to call for a thermostat. Took three trips. I felt they should have come with a new fan and installed it the first day. Needed my ladder and flashlight.....I think I was taken...Gave me no estimate...My fault for not asking. I knew that I could purchase a whole new fan/with thermostat for under $150.00. Fan is very noisy, but I will not pay for them to come back out. My 76 year old neighbor adjusted the thermostat so it wouldn't run 24/7. Live and learn

Their price wasn't the lowest but installation plays a big part in my satisfaction. We had 5 quotes but felt that Precision was selling us the product that best fit our needs. David's crew arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. We're very happy with the installation crew and the heat pump.
