+ -1 moreHe called approximately 30 mins before he arrived to let me know he was coming. Went through the troubleshooting process and allowed me to watch what he was doing. Was very polite the entire time, unlike some other companies in the area (J&B appliance). The problem ended up being a hose. He trimmed about 1/2" from the hose and now it works like a champ. Simple solution. Paid in cash and he gave a discount! Don't expect it for large/long jobs. It might have been 15-20 minutes for this job.

Description of Work: We had a refrigerator that had quit cooling, and we called Mr. Hare to determine if it could be repaired. He warned us on the telephone that in view of the age of the appliance, he might not be able to do anything, and told us upfront of his service charge. Because the appliance was like new in other ways we asked him to come out anyway. He did determine that the compressor was at fault, and attempted to get parts, but because of the age of the appliance, was unable to. We have called upon him before, and he is always professional and honest. We would gladly call on him again for any type of repair.

+ -1 moreIt went very well He came out when he said he would. He had the correct part He had to take time to disassemble and defrost and then replace the part, make sire that all was working then, clean up. He also gave us some good advise about other possible work.

+ -1 moreFrom the moment I telephoned this appliance repair service, they were upfront about their service call charge and promised that they could be out the next day. They were courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable in their line of work. We were pleased with the overall visit.
Description of Work: This company was very courteous and punctual in keeping the promised appointment. An evaluation was done on the icemaker/water dispenser. The service repairmen explained the problem and afterwards, my spouse decided he could make the minor adjustments. We truly appreciated the integrety and honesty of this company. Service call charge was very reasoanble!
