CHAIN REACTION CYCLES

I dropped my bicycle off while on lunch for routine maintenance and to have my brake pads and the handle bar bearings checked. While I was not expecting to get my bike back until sometime the next week the clerk suggested I may have it later that afternoon. He also told me he would call when it was ready. Since my expectations had been set at potentially having my bike for the weekend I called at the end of the day and was told they hadn't had an opportunity to get to my bike. Again, I was told they would call me. Two days later, I received a call telling my bike was ready to pick up. I rushed to their store, gave them my name and they brought my bike out. The owner offered to have someone to help load my bike in my car. This is the third time I've had routine maintenance done on my bike and my experience has been outstanding each time. In the past, I've had them change out components and the job was done well and at a price I was happy with. I would highly recommend this shop when you have your bike serviced.
