It went exceptionally well. David is very good and did an excellent job. Blinds and TVs are looking great. Will recommend him to anyone who’s looking to get work done around the house; whether it’s small or big. 10/10.

It went fantastic. Fixed toilet leaking lots of water, hung 2 X window blinds & towel rack, I shopped, priced, queried several handymen or similar for this job, called references. All considered, my first call was to Blietz Construction. Mr Blietz was very responsive, listened, answered my questions, quoted what I considered a very fair and reasonable price. Though he was working a rehab job, he offered to get it done the next day after his main work day was done and after buying the necessary parts based on my description. He did as he said. Further, he replaced the hardware inside the toilet on his own initiative and did not charge for the extra time or extra parts (original problem was the seal between reservoir and bowl). On time, on target, under budget, exceeded expectations. I a Landlord, this property was a rental. I can rest easy knowing I have found a professional I can trust to be fair priced, trust to be safe, respectful of time and property in an occupied rental, and trust to do the job right the first time at a fair price. Work inspected and verified by tenant. I'm lining up a # of items that need fixing and I will seek to hire him to do those as well. I highly recommend Mr Blietz. He will get my next call for any rehab/handyman work I need. I recommend he get yours as well. I am confident you will be as pleased as I am to have found a one who is responsive, on time, fair priced, and performs first rate quality work you can trust.
