"Richard and his team were incredible! I requested a quote for a deck and to remove a broken up patio, and Richard came out within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was fair priced. He gave me a suggestion of what we could do to cover up the broken up patio, and also told me he could do concrete work to repair an uneven sidewalk block near our driveway. There were some things that did not go Richard and his team's way during the process that were entirely out of their control, but their team stopped at nothing to make sure that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I would trust them with any future home improvement project because of their commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied."

Our front and back yards look amazing! Then, this morning they came back and removed all the moving boxes from our garage!! Who does that?!! Kasey and his crew, that’s who!! I would highly recommend McDonald Construction for anything you might need done. In fact, we’re going to hire them to put gutters on our house."

Ronnie Ridlon blames everyone including the city inspectors for his delays. He did not order materials on time and made many errors his orders. He does not have a working crew; only one experienced worker. The contractor hardly ev err came to inspect the work. The so called cre worked in average 2-4 hours per week hence the project still incomplete. Timake matters worse he is very unprofessional and does not want the customer to ask any questions. "I live on the south shore of East Bay in Gulf Breeze. I had minor damage to my dock due to the northerly winds and high wave action during Hurricane Michael. Will and Sam worked with me to diagnose what had to be done and quoted a fair price. I received a call to let me know that my job was one of three in my neighborhood that they expected to do the following day. Unfortunately, the other jobs on that day delayed them but we were able to arrange a time on the next day. They arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and professionally. I was especially impressed with the material that was used. Hurricane clips and fasteners were all stainless steel. Screws, not nails, were used. The methods that they used exceeded those of the original installer. Like they advertise in their brochure, they "build with the next storm in mind." I highly recommend Tidal Defense, Inc. for both new and repair marine construction."
