Description of Work: Four (4) windows were measured and installed vinyl windows. Old windows were removed and hauled off. The company was scheduled to come out on a Friday. They "no show, no call". I called them, they promised the next day, a Saturday. On Saturday, they "no show, no called". I called them and a worker agreed to come on Monday which was a holiday (Memorial Day). The worker, Mike showed up on time and worked like a Trojan and got the job done. Next I called the office the next day Tue. and asked for the guarantee paper work to be sent to me. Did not get the warrantee paper work, so I called again June 7. Still no paper work, so I called again 6-17-11. No paper work yet, so I called June 27 when they said they were sorry and would e-mail me the papers. I said I wanted a paper copy, so they suggested they would e-mail and mail me the warranty papers. Today is July 4 and still no response. The windows did cost $806 they gave me a $50 discount because they failed to come or contact me the first two times they had agreed to come.
