Jesse and his team were simply fantastic. We had 6” seamless gutters with leaf guards put on our house. Jesse was quick to give an estimate which turned out to be the best of several we received. More than that, he won our bid because he is knowledgeable and very helpful. His team arrived on the day scheduled and completed 230’ of gutters and downspouts that day. His brother oversaw our job and stayed late making sure we are completely happy with where all the downspouts drain. Highly recommend them!

They did a good job on putting up the gutters but it rained that day and we had leaks. When I contacted Jesse that evening, which was a Friday, he said he would come by on the following Monday and fix it and bring my paid receipt. That all happened on July 6th and this is now July 31st and we haven't heard from Jesse since then. He never came back to fix the leaks or bring my paid receipt. If I recommend them, I will explain why we won't use them again.

Jesse and his crew did as they promised and provided us with a fair price for sturdy new gutters and leaf guards. They got it all done in about 8 hours and cleaned up after themselves. That was NICE! I would recommend them in a heart beat. You can do as I did and check out the big supply names, but I highly doubt you will receive a better crew to take care of your installation. Thanks guys! I never thought gutters would be one of my favorite updates, but they work...no more waterfalls!!

Jesse is very personable. He gave me a quote to replace the rotten wood on my siding. Jesse and his brother did a nice job and seem to know their business. However, it took far too long to complete the job. It was excuse after excuse for not showing up to complete the job. For a job that should have been completed in one week took well over a month. In fact, I was at the point where I thought they would not be back to finish. Jesse also gave me a quote to paint the exterior but after the debacle with the siding, I decided to go with another company.

Bama had done a good job for us on another job a year ago (window replacements). Three weeks ago I called Jesse after having visited my daughter and realized that her front door was sagging below the floor level, due to a rotten floor joist under the front door which was exposed over an extended front porch. Due to the amount of the movement in a very short period of time, we had grave concerns that the door would stay in position long enough to have contractors come out and quote us for the repairs. Because we had a relationship with Mr. Humphreys I felt reasonably comfortable that he would come out and repair the door for a reasonable price. He didn't appear he was very busy when I called. Mr. Humphryes came out promptly and looked at the door the following morning he called me with a price which I thought at the time was *outrageous*. At the time, I think he sensed my fear of the door failing completely and really just decided to take advantage of me. In the back of my mind, I thought well if he does everything to repair the door and rotten joists properly, and provide posts (set in concrete which we discussed) to support the new joists it would be OK. The original brick foundation under that door was noted to be in poor condition on an inspection report from two years ago which was borne out by photographs that Mr. Humphryes took. Because the frame had sagged (due to water related rot), the fascia trim had pulled away from the door frame both inside and out, and it would need to be repaired, in addition to replacing the three rotten joists closest to the door frame underneath the front of the house from water damage over the years. Jesse and a helper came out and worked less than three hours according to my daughter's boyfriend. Jesse sent me photos of the work he did. He installed (3) three 2x8 or 2x10 pressure treated joists approximately six feet long, a couple of them under the door frame sandwiched together. He didn't install any new foundation posts in concrete which we had discussed during our initial discussion. He hung the new pressure-treated joists that they were simply resting on a 1/2 lip of a single red (standard sized) brick that was sticking out from the stair-step brickwork. It would not be considered a proper way to repair this joist and tie it to the foundation of the house (per another contractor). In my opinion, quoted me a high price, knowing I was in a jam. He did a quick in-and-out and didn't complete the whole job in a workmanlike manner, skipping: 1) Flashing the door and trim where the concrete meets the house, 2) Repairing the crack that opened up when the old joists were removed. 3) He didn't attempt to do any concrete caulking in front of the door for the concrete had pulled away from the door (which he told me that he would apply concrete caulking), and in fact told my daughter's boyfriend that he needed to go buy some caulk and do that himself (it was raining that day and therefore he couldn

This company is great to work with and they can do so many different jobs. They put up new gutters, gutter screens, repaired and painted wood all in one day. Quality of the work is good and they left my yard completely clear of any debri or old parts. Great work, fast and friendly!!!! Getting them back soon to do additional work.
