The repair work to the damaged siding on my house was very good but seemed pricey and I wish that he had hauled away the debris.

This company was good to work with, fast, on time, unfortunately the gutter they moved leaks BADLY. This defeated the purpose of the repair. I contacted them several times to allow them to rectify the leak and received no response at all. I would have rated them much higher if they had responded positively to my complaint.

I contacted Home Advisors on Sunday and got an immediate response to my request from Bama Home Improvement. The people were extremely nice and did a good job based on "my knowledge" of repairing roofs. They were very prompt and professional. My only concern was there was not a receipt to sign acknowledging the work completed and payment made in full. If fact, there was not a work order or estimate. However, I did write out a receipt and have Roy Dailey sign it before paying for the work. Normally I do not do business without a written estimate. The owner of the company, Jesse Humphryes, was not available today due to illness. Mr. Dailey said owner, Mr. Humphryes, would provide a receipt. They do have a one year warranty on their work.
