They were outstanding. We couldn't have had a better experience with them. They quoted $200 on the phone but when they got here, they fixed it a better way and charged less. They were right on time and it was two nice, nice guys. They had it done in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Posten did exactly what they said they would do. They are honest about what can be done and their vey best to make sure everything is right before they leave. I am very proud to know that honest contractors do still exist.

It seemed like a broken spring on my garage door opener, so their technician came out to look at it. He confirmed that it was a broken spring, but they needed to order the correct part for it. I decided to go ahead and get a new garage door opener as well. He did not try to pressure me at all into this; it was my decision because I was unhappy with the door opener even when it did work. So the following week when the parts arrived, he came back, replaced the broken spring and installed the new garage door opener. I am happy with the work that was done.

The company gave us a courtesy call to explain the technician would be slightly late. He arrived 15 minutes after the appointment time, but was very efficient! He single -handedly removed the old doors and installed new ones (two) in under 1 hr. 45 minutes. The quality of the new doors was the same as a big box door only Posten's installed price was $250.00 less. It was nice to go to the home office of a business and speak to the owner of the company and set up the appointment. This was one of the best home installation experiences we have ever had.

Great experience. My initial voicemail was promptly returned and the tech arrived at the agreed upon time to evaluate our set-up and provide an estimate. The price was slightly less than several other companies and Posten's never tried to pressure me into signing a contract, unlike the other companies. From initial phone call to completion of work was 4-5 days and well within my expectations. The two techs removed the 2 old single door garage openers and replaced them with two new ones. They programmed the remotes as well as the remote keypad. Once they left, I noticed a slight problem (it was not unsafe) and one of the techs returned the next morning and fixed it. I was very pleased with my experience and would use them again if needed.

The repairman arrive on time. The garage could not be opened so the repairman entered throught the front door. I noticed as he was walking down hallway he was leaving black spots every step he made on the carpet. I told him about the spots and he said he didn't know where he got it on his feet and continued toward the garage leaving a black spot every step. I examined the spots and determined they look like tar. I tried removing them with spot remover with no sucess. He finished the repair and asked him what he was going to about the black spots on my carpet. He said to call the office and left after i paid for the job. I tried for a couple of hours to remove the tar on the carpet but it would not come off. I called the office and talked to the woman who answered the phone. She appeared to be aware of the situation. I asked what they were going to do about my ruined carpet. She said they were responsible for the damage the repairman did because I had called them to come and repair the door. Since I called them that relieved them of any responsibility for damage caused by the repairman. I told her that was an absurd position. She still refused to accept any responsibility for what her employee did while in my home.

Posten's removed two wooden garage doors and replaced with insulated steel garage doors. We have used them in the past for installation of garage door openers and also for broken springs. They have always been professional and competitively priced. Would use again.

We really appreciated how they took care of us and the way they fixed our door. It didn't take a whole lot of time to do the repair, but we sure could tell the door was fine now. They were honest and told us what was needed and we respected the way they conducted themselves.

I thought the price they installed the openers for was very reasonable. The guys were here on time and it took them about 5 hours to do it. They didn't leave me a mess to clean up and I was happy with their service.

A friend of mine recommended Postens because they had used them a few times, and the work was done very well. The price was also better then most companies around town. I decided to give them a try, and they did a great job replacing the spring in the garage door. It only took about an hour or so, which was quicker then I had expected.
