Description of Work: They moved a baby grand piano. Showed up when they said they would be there! |It was padded, moved and set up without a problem. Have used them two times to move this piano and very pleased.

Description of Work: The arrangements were made easily over the phone before Mike and his crew came over to actually move the piano. Mike called about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive and showed up on time with the right equipment and enough manpower to get the job done. They were all curteous and well mannered, and the experience level and organization were obvious from the beginning. They did a great job and got my wife's heavy old piano to its new home with no damage or even a threat of it. The price was very reasonable, and the job was done well in a very short timeframe. Mike and his crew are the best.

+ -1 moreCommunication was easy by cell phone, and they responded to voicemails quickly. The movers set up a date that worked for me, called about an hour before they were to arrive, and were on-time. They were creative in getting the piano out of the house, and protected it well. They delivered it to the new address without a hitch, set it up, and moved it around until we were satisfied. In addition, they charged me at the low end of the rate they had quoted as an estimate. Mr. Marsh also gave me good tips on the future care of the piano. An overall good experience.
Description of Work: Mr. Marsh moved a 6 1/2 foot grand piano from one location to another.
