He did an excellent job on everything I asked him to do. He was prompt, easy to work with and he was very competent in all types of home repair.

All went well as the work was performed within the 4 hours of handyman repair time purchased through the Big Deal. Work was done with quality. I would use this provider again.

Handyman Steven could not have been more professional - although the tasks were small, he took the project seriously and was punctual and extremely efficient. He left me his card - and I will definitely contact him again.

The assembly took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Price of the service was $135. for 4 hours. One book shelf was not assembled because I did not have the screws. The provider offered and purchased screws, but indicated that I would have to pay for the screws ( approximately $43.)

Handyman Caudill was prompt, polite, and competent. He can do general work around the house and was honest about what he felt like he could and could not do. I will use his services again and recommend him without hesitation.

Steve came on time, checked some loose wires for the removed garbage disposal and oven. He replaced the rotten back door threshold with a new one that he got for us from Home Depot. He caulked the gap neatly after installing the new one. He was very pleasant to work with.

Went well and was very detail oriented. Only issues that he left without saying anything or letting s know how much he completed. We found this a it odd.

Steven arrived on time and after discussing repairs needed, he got to work. He had picked up the dry wall earlier but had to go back and get the correct materials for door repairs as what I had purchased was not what was needed. He is pleasant and easy to work with.

I received an email from the provider, today, stating that he would not be able to come out to my house because it is outside his service area. His service area included the county that I stay in. In my opinion if he did not want the job then he should not have agreed to the job when we talked over a week ago. I arranged to be off from my job so now I have lost money because of this. I hope that he understands that this is bad business. By agreeing to this and backing out this makes him look extremely unprofessional. The provider called me over a week ago to set things up and we talked on the phone, however he did not have enough (insert whatever) to actually call me and explain to me that he would not be able to come out. He sent an email, that is low and disrespectful. I hope he understands that I WILL CONTACT AN ATTORNEY, if the services that were agreed upon, through this website, are not rendered. If the provider got another job that paid more, then I would have understood, however he blamed Angie's List for the mistake. He stated that the computers messed up and placed him in the wrong area. This is unprofessional and sad. Have a nice day. If any company makes a mistake the honorable thing to do is to honor the orginial agreement or make arrangements to accomadate the consumer. This is not the case. This will still be seen as unprofessional. If your service area states parts of a county, it does not specify which areas are included and not included. The po box address does not matter if you include parts of a county and do not include which parts. Man up and do your job or make arrangesments for someone else to do the job. This is unprofessional and should not be tolerated by anyone. I am saying this as a warning to others who may want to use this business that your time and efforts may not be honored as agreed upon. I will be filing my charges with Shelby county within the next 14 business days. I hope that no one else has to undergo anything of this nature with this business. 09/19/2013 Yes, I did have my PO Box as my address, however, when you and I talked, you stated that you would come out to Alabaster and work on my house when you and I first talked. I have filed a complaint with Angie's List and with the BBB because of this. I understand that you may or may not have wanted to come "that far" however, for any company. business, organzation or profession group to place the blame on a situation on everyone else involved is something that makes them look bad and unprofessional. I may have been busy, however you called on the day before you agreed to come out, if you understood where I was at you should have made previous arrangements before that day. I am out that money on my pay check and I needed some work done. The only option that I can see that will resolve this would be for you to come out and honor the agreement and stand by your word as you agreed upon. It is a sad day in the world when people can back out of a contact with someone without regards to any other party involved. Highly unprofessional. If you had another job that would have paid more than the $135 that I paid you could have stated that long before that. I explained to you where I stayed when we talked two days after I purchased the deal and you agreed that you would come out and that it was not a problem to come to Alabaster. Stating at 5:47 pm on the day before is uncalled for and low down. Understand that the next step after the BBB is calling an attorney. Have a nice day.

Steven arrived on time. He had all tools necessary for the job. I could tell that he keeps his tools in perfect condition. Steven was dressed very nicely and was very polite. The work was done perfectly. I will tell neighbors and friends about him.

I found Steve on Angie's list and thought his price was very reasonable. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. He had the necessary tools and small hardware on his truck that were needed for my list of about 6 things he completed for me, which was convenient. We discussed future projects for which I plan to call him again. Would definitely recommend him!

We had a couple of quotes for our little job that were outrageous, mostly because no one wanted to bother with a small job. It was by the electrical lines coming into the house, so my husband and I didn't feel comfortable doing it ourselves. Still waiting for one of the "big box" stores to call us back with someone to repair it (it had been over a month since they quoted me a price!) I decided to look further for someone else to do it. So glad to have found Steven! He came out on Thursday and scheduled us for the following Monday. He was very nice, arrived on time, and did a great job on my soffit/vinyl repair work at a reasonable price! I will definitely refer him to anyone!
