I originally contacted Steven to complete a list of things needing attention in my home,one of which was previously "repaired" by a local roofing company.. He has been extremely punctual which is rare in his business. He is very polite- no loud music while he works. He has a bit more work to complete his job on my patio roof - which he will complete while i am at work. I have confidence he will complete in my abscence.I have been extremely pleased with everything he has completed. Will continue to use him for future needs as they appear.

It went very well. Steven has it all- he was promt, polite, professional and pleasant. He had a definite plan for each chore and finished the work on a timely basis. Yes, I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

Didn't go as after the review of repairs there has been no cost estimate provided.

He did one job for me, it went well. I had other jobs for him but he was booked during the time that I needed. He was pleasant, punctual, and did a good job.

Steven was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. Once we agreed to a price,he started and finished the project as agreed upon. His work was professional from beginning to end. He cleaned up after himself and performed quality work at a reasonable price.

Stephen came and gave a reasonable estimate for some small jobs. He was a little late but called to explain. He went right to work, fixed two other small things while while he was here and did a generally great job. I will certainly call him again when the need arises.

They are great. They have been very good. I have been very happy with them. He is very dependable. That was a reasonable rate. As a handyman he does a lot of different jobs and so forth. I have been very happy with them.

Handyman Caudill was prompt, respectful and thorough. He seemed very experienced and offered better solutions to repair problems. Work was performed well and cleaned. I was very impressed.

It was great. I thought that he did a good job. He fixed the area that I needed him to fix. He follow up with a phone call until we could find a time that works well for both of our schedule. It took a couple of months to find that because I don’t have the availability. He showed up on time at the time that we said. He gave me an itemized list for the cost for the supplies. I was happy with his workmanship and his professionalism. I would use him again.

It worked out pretty well and I still plan to use them in the future for some other things since my husband has health issues so he can't do things around the house.

I was out of town when he did the work but he did show up on time and when I returned a few days later, the work was done and a follow-up bill for materials was left behind. I inspected the work and it was done very well. One of the areas was on the second floor so it was hard to physically get up there and inspect the actual work (which is why I hired him in the first place) but the repair was done and the repaired area blended in seamlessly with the rest of the soffit.

He did a fantastic job on everything he did. The quality of his work is great and he is very hardworking. He is also professional and knowledgeable in his field.

Very good experience. He arrived on time with the right tools for the job. Overall, he was very competent, pleasant, and professional. We are now using him for additional work beyond the initial 4 hours of the Big Deal. We recommend him very highly.

Mr. Caudill is a joy to work with. He does what he says he will do and he shows up when he says he will be there. If anything changes he will let you know. I hired Mr. Caudill initially to use the Angie's List coupon available. He did such nice work I continued to use him and will do so in the future.He basically remodeled my kitchen. I had purchased used kitchen cabinets from Craigs list that were in better shape than the ones I had. He removed my old cabinets and appliances and placed the new cabinets in place. He had to cut off the corner piece of the cabinet so it would fit the existing space. This meant an end cabinet door and drawer would need to be cut to fit. He did a beatiful job matching the existing style of the cabinets with his cuts.He measured my countertop and ordered one for me. When it came in he installed the countertop and kitchen sink.

Steven is an excellent carpenter! He was on time, courteous, professional, and fast. I could not have been happier with his work and his work ethic! However, after a week or two, I had not heard back from him about the estimate on the other jobs, so I called him. He gave me a price for one of the jobs and said he'd get back to me about the others. This was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard from him. I'm sure he's very busy since he's so good, but I'd like to get some information so I can move forward. I'd definitely recommend Steven; however, I'm now questioning his availability. I'll update this review if and when I hear from Steven again.

He was prompt and professional. He performed what was needed and answered questions about how we could address other household repair projects ourselves. I would use his services again.

Mr. Caudill did an excellent job! He completely re-installed the system, whereas others might have just repaired the one damaged shelf. He also repaired the walls and installed a lock on the closet door. He even offered to fix my front door because there was additional time left over after he expediently and professionally finished the job for which he had been contacted.

Steven did great work! He was on time and worked quickly and thoroughly. He fixed the lightswitch and determined that the computer panel on my dryer was broken. He was professional and courteous. He is great!

Stephen Caudill spent nearly 11 hours assembling our children's new jungle gym. He was on time both days he arrived and he was excellent at communicating when he was available and the times he had available. He was very methodical in his approach, and very organized throughout the assembly process. He cleaned up all debris from the multiple boxes and containers. He was at all times very professional and polite. I would recommend him highly.
