About us

My company has focused mainly on servicing investment properties managed by large property management companies and we currently maintain around 3,000 rental properties not including all the private home owners we work for as well. Most of the homes we maintain were built before 1960, so when it comes to repairs, we have seen and repaired it all. The benefit of this is that repairs that some of our competitors would consider to be a full day's project, we are able to complete in hours not days. We have six services trucks on the road on a daily basis and we keep all our service trucks stocked with standard service parts at all times. My goal is to offer you the same quality of service you would get from one of the larger home service companies but at a price you can afford.

I got a senior discount. Everything about this guy was outstanding. He came out on time. When he first came to do the estimate, he gave me the same estimate that the other company gave to me but almost $1000 cheaper. He was so nice and he went through everything. His crew came and worked, they were very professional and did a really great job. I was really happy with them. He did a lot of follow-up for me because he had some problems with neither the street and how to get the city be involved in the replacement and work with that and got it done, so they really did a good and I was so impressed with him.
Description of Work: I used Gruendler Construction Service for main waterline replacement.
