With over 8 years of experience working with various HVAC companies to perform routine maintenance on my dual HVAC systems, I have experienced a variety of field service techs and companies. Some were simply trying to build the bill; some were taking every shortcut to move on to the next job; some failed to perform all steps as promised; some even priced a minor freon recharge at 500% markup over others. For the first time, I felt completely at ease from the very beginning while working with Advanced Services, LLC. I filed a home warranty claim when I detected that the upstairs unit was not blowing cool air. I was instructed to call Michael at Advanced Services to arrange a service call to diagnose the issue. He was very courteous and worked around a few other appointments to quickly fit me in since it was in the 80's outside and all my bedrooms were upstairs. Upon arrival, Michael handed me his business card and introduced himself with a smile. He quickly began inspecting the unit using several diligent methods and tools to eventually find a leak. I typically oversee and chat with technicians to watch for any concerns (and learn about the systems) and quickly felt at ease with Michael's candid honesty and meticulous approach. He communicated all the details to the home warranty company to ensure smooth processing, and quickly addressed questions throughout. Even the home warranty company commented on how conservative his non-covered charges were in relation to other providers that require the homeowner to pay significantly more (build the bill). Once the equipment arrived, Michael and Danny began the removal and installation on time as promised. They were careful not to disrupt/dirty my house and yard, and worked diligently until the job was done. Michael showed that he truly cares for the customer and his work through countless small things that add up, such as using a more rugged service valve versus the cheap one provided by the warranty company. He didn't have to do this, but a minor $1 part difference can avoid $$$ in service calls due to recharges or leaks (this happened to me prior). I have never seen a service tech pull out an electronic scale to precisely measure freon as it's being dispensed, just to make sure it's perfect for maximum efficiency (versus a wild guess). Foil tape is commonly used to install/repair ductwork, but they covered this with mastic to ensure longevity in the hot attic as an added step. This is why I'm glad to finally find a trusted small company that still cares, versus the large ones that are mostly focused on the numbers. I would undoubtedly recommend Advanced Services to family and friends to do the job right the first time, to last, at the most reasonable cost. I'm very pleased...

I have used Mike (Advanced Services) before and new what a wonderful job he did... especially at saving me and my clients money... So when my mother-in laws A/C unit when out and she called several other companies out for an estimate... I told her about Mike and that he was the guy to help her... Indeed the unit did need to be replaced his price was $500 cheaper than her next lowest bid... He was johnny on the spot and as always professional in every way!
