Description of Work: Replace sheetrock on wall from burst water pipe then painted the area and replaced padding to the floors affected and stretched the carpet back into place.

Description of Work: my only consern is I learned after the install that downspouts should be every 20 feet. however my house has one run of 76 feet with only 2 |down spouts. but I would recomend Tim's to my friends and would use them again.

Description of Work: Tim is a nice guy and he means well. He likes children and he is friendly. He is good with woodwork and basic stuff around the house. We had 600 square-foot patio enclosed by him. His work seemed good initially but the flooring that he did is now loose and Creaking. He also tried to repair a roof leak that became worse after his "Roofer" tried to repair it. He did most of the work himself but when it came to the electrical work or painting he had some friends of his help them out. The electrician was unprofessional and overcharged me. The painter was nice. For heating and air and glasswork he went to a store in Columbus and subcontracted the work to the company. I could've done that. Overall the job cost me less than if I had hired a professional company. However I wish I had. He was not professional about the cleanup and took weeks after the job was over to come by to take care of basic cleanup. I would recommend him for woodwork but no contracting job larger than $500-$600. I spent about 20,000.

Description of Work: Tim came to hang 9 interior doors in my mother's home. He was never on time he arrived at 3 pm and would not leave until 6 pm or after for three days. He doesn't know how to hang doors. The cuts are not straight, most of the doors do not open and close properly. He kept telling me all the problems were because the door jams settled and were out of square. My mother wanted new doors so bad and he did a terrible job and charged to much money. I thought Angie's list was a safe place to obtain the names of companies to preform services, but I will never use Angie's list again. Thanks!

All trash and debris was hauled off by them. 2. Built front deck. Enclosed with Screen, Metal, and lattice. Beautiful. Private. Energy efficient to home entrance. Reduced heat by shade.Many compliments... 3. Built Cedar Shelves ABOVE my windows for Decor and window enhancement. Very appealing to the eye. Very Unique! Many compliments! 4. Replaced wood flooring in bedroom and hallway. Covered with vinyl flooring in bedroom and hallway-my choice. Nice! 5. Remodeled bathroom floor.Replaced subfloor.Covered with tile flooring of my choice. So clean looking! Very complimentary to home! Removed old toilet. Replaced with water saving toilet.
