 + -1 moreI have seen a lot of other companies work around here and The Roberts Company is by far the best at what they do. Their guys have been doing it for years and they really take pride in their work. They cost a little bit more but trust me when I say you get what you pay for. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Description of Work: Tore off all siding and window and door wraps and insulated and replaced.

 + -1 moreThe owner of the company arrived on time to give me a written estimate for the job. I replaced 15 windows and had some repair work done around the garage. The owner gave me a start date and completion date for the job and honored this. The workers arrived early and began work immediately. This company is the most efficient I have ever experienced. Within 30 minutes they had several windows removed and were already installing the new ones. They cleaned up the outside areas and the inside and cleaned the windows when they were done. The job took 2 days as we did have some rain both days. Once they were finished, there was no debris inside or outside. The windows came with a lifetime guarantee in writing that is transferable. The windows are excellent, and I have noticed a marked decrease in my electricity bill. I will definitely be hiring this company to replace my roof. UPDATE: 2013: I still believe this is the best company to use for replacement windows and a roof. If you can wait for the work to be done, it is worth it.
Description of Work: Replaced wood windows with vinyl windows. Replaced all rotten wood. Replaced some aluminum siding along my garage entrance that had been damaged. Replaced a large palladian window at the top of the house which no other company I called would agree to do. UPDATE: April 2013: I contacted The Roberts Company to have additional windows replaced. David came out to measure. A few days later he called with the estimate, but did not have the correct measurement for a window with a rounded top piece. He was supposed to come back to measure that in order to give me an accurate price. Due to an emergency, I left a message that I needed to reschedule. I have not heard from him since. I do know that there have been many homes affected by severe hail damage in Alabama, so I assume he is overwhelmed with these claims. I still think the company does a phenomenally good job, and still recommend them if you can wait a bit.
