Description of Work: Repair of copper Freon line and refill Freon. Billed me for a new copper line when there was no new line used. Technician verified to me later that he did not use a new line and repaired the old line only. It was not sealed properly so Freon leaked out. I called another company to refill Freon and so I didn't pay Riley and wrote a letter explaining why. Secretary tried to cover it up. Owner Riley would not return calls. Secretary threatened to sue me for non payment until I threatened to sue them back for fraud. Do not use these jack legs under any circumstances.

Description of Work: New Air conditioning unit and furnace. Salesman and receptionist were great. The two installers were very adept at what they were doing. Very pleased.

+ -1 moreThey have been there since 1974. I have a service contract with them, and they come twice a year to check the heating and air conditioning to see if there is anything that needs to be done, but I don’t need to pay when they come because that’s part of the service contract.
Description of Work: I used Riley Heating & Air Conditioning to check the heaters in the past. They are due to come out shortly to check the air conditioners.
