Bobby was very easy to communicate with from the beginning. He was timely in the delivery of his quote and very competitive. Timing was the big thing for us choosing Reeds Hardwood Flooring. Just days after closing on our “new to us” home, Bobby got to work immediately. Bobby stayed on schedule and was here everyday when he said he would be. The job took about a week in all. However, we did have Bobby refinish the entire downstairs of our 4100 sqft home along with 18 stairs. He helped with custom blending the exact finish we wanted and applying the correct sealant. He really did go above and beyond working with our special circumstances as we have two large “high maintenance” inside dogs. Bobby’s excellent Customer Service didn’t end when the last coat was applied. He came back after all of the work was completed, ensured that his work exceeded our expectations, and provided tips to protect our “New Floors.” We would recommend Bobby to ANYONE considering a flooring project.

Bobby and his crew were very professional. Before he started the project he told us step by step what they were going to do. Our new floors are beautiful. We were so happy with the job we ask if the project could be changed to include two additional rooms additional rooms and Bobby squeezed us into his scheduled. Bobby sanded, refinished, stained and polyethylene our 60 year old hardwood floors. The price was reasonable, he did go up on price after coming out for estimate, (different than quoting on phone) but was still reasonable for the job, worked us in to his schedule, finished as promised, in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone in the Auburn or Columbus area or any where in between!

Bobby and his assistant were excellent! Mr. Reed was able to fit us in to his schedule very quickly. He assisted with finding flooring to match the current floors and graciously helped move furniture out of back into the room. Mr. Reed was very professional and did excellent job at repairing my old floors in my living room area that were damaged do to dogs, he also installed new flooring in my dining room. I was in between a few colors of flooring and he was able to help me match it perfectly to the room. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner and in time for my 4th July party and the guest loved the new flooring !
