Great service!! They came out on Christmas Eve to start the work on replacing my pool liner because I was having guests over on New Years. The pool was finished and beautiful by 12/30/17!! Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Fantastic. Quality work at a fair price. They even told me how to fix another problem easily by myself so I didn't incur another service charge. Great company to work with.

I can't say enough how pleased we are. Precision pools was hands down the way to go. After researching and meeting 6 local companies we felt great about our decision. Upon completion of the pool we were ecstatic. We were reassured of our decision through the entire process. It was exciting seeing the whole process take place. The only time I have ever been excited to get up at 7 am was to watch our pool being built. The crew worked tirelessly to finish our pool and to be sure it was top notch. I remember watching them measuring everything and correcting even the smallest off points until they were perfect. Once the pool was done we were so excited to show it off. The custom steps are phenomenal and the liner is absolutely breathtaking. When guests come and see the pool they always ask who did it and we are so glad to tell them. We wouldn't change a thing other than doing this year's ago haha.

Went well. The installers are very hardI dedicated workers. Very punctual, polite and kept things as neat as possible. Would recommend them to anyone. We were a little confused when the last payment was due because a wall had to be installed and we were under the impression that the price quoted included the wall. It was probably us not understanding everything. Luckily we still had enough money in our savings to cover the cost of the wall. Overall, it was a good experience.

This is the first and unfortunately, last time I use Precision Pool. Trying to beat the spring rush, I went to their office on Feb 25, picked out the liner and paid half ($1100). I also stated I wanted concrete coping around the pool. The person working that day said he didn't know for sure and would have to contact the owners. He estimated in the $2500 range but they would have to come out and measure it. He said it would be about 2 weeks before they would get the liner from the manufacturer and would call me to set up installation once it came in. So far so good! But... Four weeks pass and I hadn't heard from them about installation or measuring for coping to get an accurate estimate. Again, the person working the desk didn't know what was going on and had to contact the owner who eventually called and said they had not sent someone to measure and made up some excuse about the order. After a few more iterations of this back and forth, someone came out and measured for coping AND THE POOL. The liner was never ordered. Finally their subcontracted installer called and set up a date to begin- middle of May. He worked tirelessly to get it in and did a great job. He did try to talk me out of eliminating the main drain (bottom of deep end) saying pools don't need them. Hmmm... why are they constructed with them then? When I asked what was going on with the coping he called and was told at least $4500. Recall the first estimate in February was about $2500. Obviously the pool season was now busy and they didn't want to mess with it. So in sum: + quality liner selection and installation - customer service. Owner(s) are hands-off, sit back and let others run the front office and installation. - No follow-up without me making multiple attempts. Business don't run well on "auto-pilot" but they are...trying - I am without the coping we wanted and asked for and about from Feb 25 to May 10. - Looked at our old ugly liner for 2 1/2 months waiting for them to do something. Already paid $1100 deposit. - When I got the final invoice about a week after installation, it was marked "30 days late". Are you kidding me? I'd fill in my pool before I'd use PP again. How they ever won L-E Readers Award I will never know.

I did not winterize my pool so running the filter pump is critical at night to keep the pipes from freezing. My pump died on a Friday morning, I called Precision Pools and they had the pump replaced before 5 pm that same day. The people you talk with on the phone seem to actually care about each customer and their particular situation. I will have all my future pool maintenance done by them.

Precision came out the day after they received my request for service and delivery of pool salt. They called before coming to insure it was a good time to come, arrived soon after. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable, she took care of business in about 15 minutes. She tested my water and advised which chemicals needed to be added, then added them at my request. This is a great company with good people who go out of their way to insure the customer is happy. I can't ask for anything else in a supplier.

I am demanding on pool and they're not intimidated. Lisa is very helpful. She's very good at giving me the recipes that I need and walking me through all about my problem.
