Called in June he was going on vacation and said he would call me back on June 17th. Guess what? I'm still waiting. But, I suppose he is rich and didn't need the work. That's okay, Building Unlimited did an OUTSTANDING JOB. All's well that ends well!!

J L Thomason Builders came out and looked at what we wanted done, gave a reasonable estimate and we immediately felt comfortable with them, so they were hired. They started a little bit after the promised date but that was because of permit issues from the county, not because of them. In fact, Jimmy Thomason was very helpful through the permit process. Once the building began it went up very quickly. The crew was very professional and at the end of each day the construction site was cleaned up and even swept! Jimmy and/or his brother was constantly on site monitoring and kept us informed of what was going to happen each day. They also made sure we were getting exactly what we expected, which we were. They were very responsive to our requests and any questions we asked. While the roof was going on the weather forecast was calling for rain the next day so the crew stayed and made sure everything was water tight before they left. This crew went above and beyond every day and it is very much appreciated. The project finished about two weeks ahead of what we expected and turned out perfectly. The work is very professional and looks fantastic!. The vinyl siding company (I wish I could remember his name) did great as well as the roofers. I would highly recommend this company for any work you need done. We will most definately use them for any future work.

I think he was very professional and gave us a good quote, which is why we chose him. He actually charged less than his quote.

Mr. Thomason and his crew were all very professional. He was upfront with all costs and did not go over budget. Mr. Thomason went beyond my expectations and his work was beautiful. He had wonderful suggestions and design plans and even finished the project before his estimated deadline.

Mr. Thomason's work was wonderful. He was very detail oriented and very professional throughout the whole process. I will gladly choose him in the future.

The results are wonderful! The changes he made and completed openned up the room making entertaining our large family much more convenient. We followed through with the same designs in kitchen and bathrooms,including cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, etc. The job was done while I recovered from surgery at our lake house with very little supervision. Mr. Thomason is impecably honest and I completely trusted him to come and go as needed. His prices were very fair and he was extremely straight forward with any changes that were needed. I will use him for every construction project, small or large and reccommend his company to you without reservations.
