I asked that ALL the pipes no matter what the function (hot, cold, drain, etc.) to be changed under my small 1500 Sq. Ft. home. I asked specifically for my sink to drain better, when my washer was draining have my sink (downstairs not gulp & make noise) and was promised all would be done. After 4 hours they were done, FOUR! The washer lines were not changed & the sink still makes gulping sounds, on top of that my kitchen sink stops up IMMEDIATELY when turning on the water, plus there are no new water lines under the sink. Behind the shower & the toilet there's a hole in the wall where the lines were replaced just there-not fixed. I have had knats coming up from my sink drain for months and they will not go away. The sad part is I told Joe I trusted him & he knows he charged me too much & did not complete the job as he should have. I am on disability income & had to borrow the money to pay him and I am still having these problems with no warranty & I had to ask for a receipt. Shame.

Joe and Jake are a great team and with Donna’s moving them from job to job, they may be the best plumbing service in the country. Quick and knowledgeable regardless of the job.

They repaired it and also found a fire hazzard.

These guys have always gotten the job done quickly and have always done the job right for us. This time was no exception, we are always pleased with their work.

They were awesome, I would never call another plumbing company except for them. They cut holes in the walls to do the work, they put a plastic cover and panel. They were so neat and professional. They did a professional job, they are truly master plumbers. They were punctual, explained everything and they were awesome.

The Hammocks are highly professional and do expert work. They are also extremely courteous and personable.

They came the same day I called. Quoted me a price and stuck to it. Had to dig out around meter box and everything was put back nice and neat. They gave me clear instructions and what to keep an eye on going forward. Great professional workers. Highly recommend.

Great service and work. They were able to fit in my leaky shower repair between other jobs and that was great. My job was not really a emergency but they came out the same day that I called. Joe also called about 25 minutes before showing up. They were a father and son team and both very kind and professional. (Joe and Jacob i think) I'm sure I paid a little more for the fastest plumber response ever but the work that they did was great. I had another individual come out previously who was not able to complete the job at all, and these guys made it look easy. Here, and on to the next job in about 20 minutes total. I will use these guys again in the future for sure.

I called about the problem I was having, and within 2 hours the repairperson was at my door as promised. The repair job was done in about 30 minutes. The repairperson was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and I was very pleased withthe service. I would definately use their services again.

He was very good and I was impressed by him. It was reasonable. They were very polite. I knew that he would fix the job; he was that type of person. He knew what he was doing. He had a belt on, that was a good thing.

Hammock Plumbing is top notch. They finished 4 jobs in under an hour (a stopped-up kitchen faucet, 2 toilet problems, and replaced a stem and handles on a bathtub). They had no problems with 70s era plumbing. They are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and reasonable. They are the best!
