Cleaned dirty carpet. I was very pleased with results.

The two young men lifted and/or moved all furniture and cleaned under sofas, chairs, beds - terrific. We had a death in the family and wanted the house to be clean for family that came to the house after the funeral. The carpets look almost new!

Let me start by saying that I have used this company numerous times in the past and they have done an excellent job each time with great customer service, however the last time that I called, I spoke to the rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. He was curt and had 0% customer service skills. At first I was willing to look past it as their prices and work are very good and I've never had a problem with them the numerous times that I've used them in the past, but this person was so rude, that I just didn't feel right about keeping the appointment and I ended up calling back to cancel. Again, the person was so rude that I barely told him about the cancelation and he very rudely hung up on me! I really prefer Pride Carpet cleaners but I cannot give my business to a company that has such a rude person talking to the customers.

I have been using them for several years. They are very convenient, respond very quickly and are reasonably priced.

My experience with them was excellent. They charged me about $69.95 for about three rooms. They were here just once. I would recommend them to others.

They were great. I've used them before. He gave me a discount for having all three things done. They are the only ones I've ever used so I guess the pricing was fine. They came when they said they would.
