Blalock Stump Grinding Svc

Upon meeting with Mr. Blalock on 01/13/2014, and witnessing his sociable demeanor, knowledge of the job, and out right enthusiasm for his work, I awarded him with the stump grinding job. Since I like to be home when work is performed at my house the next thing was for me to tell Mr. Blalock when he could start the work. We compared our schedules and decided upon 11:30 Friday January 17, 2014. Again, Mr. Blalock was right on time, appearing with his cheerful attitude, and ready to start the work. He parked his truck and trailer outside my neighbor's house (vacant and up for sale), unloaded his stump grinder (which is operable by remote control) and drives on rubber tracks (which eliminates driveway scratching, and potential disruption of grass in some cases). The machine was precisely aligned with the stump and the grinding was started. Mr. Blalock took all safety precautions to include putting out orange cones around his truck and trailer, wearing a safety helmet with eye shield, and ear protection. The grinding took about 2 - 3 hours as he anticipated, and once finished he helped me spread the mulch and dirt into low lying areas. He finished the job by blowing off my driveway and advising if after a few rains I began to plant anything in place of the stump or roots and encountered something he potentially missed that he would come back out to grind again for free. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and wish Mr. Blalock did more than just stump grinding. He demonstrates a goal of exceeding customer satisfaction and fulfills his promises.

He did a great job. Even did a few extras not given in the estimate. He was professional and on time. I would recommend his services to anyone.

NO PROBLEMS, GREAT SERVICE

We had trees in the front yard removed and need the stumps removed. He was on time. He made sure to not hurt any the plants where he needed to dig.

Did an outstanding job. Has a tracked stump remover which did an excellent job of total removal of the stump and all major roots. Recognized the St Augustine grass in the yard and advised me in advanced that the tracks might do some damage. Was careful to make wide turns and did not do any damage. Professional operation with the right equipment to do an excellent job.
