BHM Decking

I wish I could post pics, they speak much louder than words. Our 1 year old deck looks 20 years old. It has splintering, splitting, unlevel, uneven, just the most amateur job possible. I have tried reaching out to them many times with no response.

Real Craftsman and Gentlemen. They respond promptly, they listen to your vision, they give professional feedback, they give straight answers, they went above and beyond on craftsmanship. Everything you could want in a contractor, the least amount of stress possible. If something came up they would ask my preference or resolve it better than what was in the contract at no charge. Everyone that sees the deck is impressed! I will contact them when I am ready to have other jobs done.

Went above and beyond on promised work. No suprises on cost, the estimate is what I paid, even tho the deck sealant was more expensive than the estimate allowed for. This company is proud of their product, so they work to make you proud of the result

Contact was quick; came by the next day to inspect and an estimate came two days later. They had a very reasonable estimate for my two jobs: Replacing my deck and replacing basement door/frame. I waited while I got estimates from three other companies. Questions answered about services & material and I then asked BHM to do the jobs. Three days later they were here. Completed the work in two days. Enjoyed meeting Rod & John. Happy with their work and I highly recommend them.

BEWARE. They over promise, do some of the work and ask clients to sign a bogus **Release of Liability** for ALL their liability, even the release of liability for problems with their own workmanship. Ask to see their business license, proper insurance and bond.

After so many disappointing times of having contacting people and then having them never show up or call back, it was refreshing to find someone who showed up when they said they would, did a great job and had very courteous workers. Thank you BHM

I would like to show great appreciation to Mr.Rob and his crew for the outstanding job building and repairing items around our home. They went beyond duty and made our family feel safe and also was outstandingly respectful to myself and my wife. They were prompt and very neat and clean with their work. They voiced concerns about other safety issues around our home without us feeling pressured on getting more work done. Their wonderful attitudes and growing attachment to my family only made my decision easier on choosing BHM a ongoing part of my reconstruction of my home. Finally finished, I can't say enough how superior and professional their work is. Future jobs planned using their company to do the job.

They went above and beyond. He could not of been more giving. He came out here many times to help with numerous things other than just the deck. He helped us save money. He takes a lot of pride in his work and business. He makes sure his employee's respect other people property. They are just good at what they do. Work is perfection. They added things to the deck to perfect it that I didn't even know you could do to make it more completed and pleasing to the eye.

He does great work at a fair price. He is so engaging. I would hire him again.
