American Fireplace and Insulation

We're not really happy with them. They got here real fast to do the work, but one of the guys put his hand through my ceiling. And all he did was put some putty on it and put the hole back up, which was a good thing. But there's still a brown spot from where the sheet rock got ripped. And then he just left me the sandpaper, to do the work. So that wasn't real good. And where they put the tile down in the floor, to put the stove on top of, they didn't caulk it well. And then we had the extension piping. We already had it. They put it in and it was kind of crooked. So, little things like that. I mean, they're still good. And they got it put in in one day and all that kind of stuff, but they didn't clean up their mess. They kind of scratched my wood floor a little bit. Little nitpick things. And the thing was, we just had the floor in this room installed. He was not very talkative. He did explain everything else. He did show up. I even locked my kids out of that room so they wouldn't have any problems. It was little things that got on my nerves, like putting your hand through my ceiling, scratching my floor. They came out one day and put the tile down, but then they didn't do a good job with the tile. The stove we bought was in a crate and they didn't leave the crate up against the wall, where I asked them to. They just kind of left it in the middle of the floor. And it stayed there for more than a day. They didn't put the hoses where they're even.
