It went pretty well . I've been using him for a while. He is a good honest person. I've left him with the keys to my place.

I hate to give Zeb a bad rating because he did previous work that was great - he is also a nice person and very knowledgeable. He did come to my home to measure the floors but told me that I would have to order all of the supplies myself because that particular brand of flooring that I wanted was not carried in his store. I was willing to do this but I needed for him to give me the particulars of how much and what to order. He did not respond at all after that and I had to call him back after a week - again no response to my second request. I think it would be far more professional to just ask initially what brand of flooring you want and then tell the customer that you don't work with any brands but the ones in your store. This would have saved him a trip here to measure and the frustrations of my having to call him back and bother him twice. If he didn't want to do this job, he should have said so in the first place. I find that being upfront about issues is a necessary quality in communication.

They never called me back

Carpet installation went great. Zeb and his crew did an excellent job installing the carpet. They handled moving the furniture carefully. Zeb filled in some nicks and dings on some walls (not caused by them) and painted.

Wonderfully! They we were very kind and professional. They went above and beyond their job responsibilities including fixing my closet door and replace bolts in my twin bed. I trust them and would definitely hire again.

We selected A and Z after consulting Angie's List and reading the rave reviews. We also interviewed and got an estimate from another person who had excellent reviews. Zeb was a "one-stop-shop." We didn't have to find subcontractors or any materials: Zeb handled it all. It is so nice to only have to deal with one person and write one check. The final cost was exactly the same as the written estimate. Zeb kept checking to be sure we were satisfied throughout the project. We simply described what we wanted, and Zeb took care of it. The hardest thing we had to do was select a paint color. We made it clear up front that we wanted high-quality, but not luxurious, products used. Zeb delivered, without exception. Zeb's crew and subcontractors were first-rate, quality, talented people. He told us he only used people who were dependable and did quality work. When we have more remodeling done, Zeb will be the man we call. We could not be more satisfied.

This company was great! The man who gave me the quote was real helpful in explaining how they would install the flooring. They installed the vinyl tile squares right over the old vinyl sheet flooring. First they had to put down a cement mud to level it and cover old seams. We also had several areas that had squeaks so they put screws in the floor to secure it down. The installers arrived on time and did a good job. The next day I noticed that one tile had a flaw in it so they came back that day and replaced the tile with a new one. All in all, I was very happy with the work and will call them again in the future to install more flooring.

LVT installed in 2 Bedrooms, Hallway, Dining Room, & Living Room. A&Z Flooring is top notch and did an awesome job installing flooring. This is my first time using A&Z Flooring for installation and have been using another company for some time for flooring installation. A&Z made this a seamless experience for me. Zeb provided a competitive quote, ordered supplies and coordinated an appt with the tenant. A&Z provided a full solution - Removed old flooring, installed new flooring, moved furniture, installed quarter rounds and painted them, and installed wooden transitional strips. We are very pleased with the services provided by A&Z and they are now our first choice for flooring installation.

A&Z Flooring Company is my go to source for flooring & mitigation needs. On Christmas Eve, the city sewer system failed and pushed waste up and flooded my rental home. It was a disaster. I contacted Zeb because he had assisted in the past with carpet cleaning/stretching for another home and he mentioned that his company handles mitigation as well. He immediately contacted my tenant to facilitate an appointment and went to the home. He provided me with recommendations on next steps and how to avoid further damage. He even shared some information about the law pertaining to waste and carpet with me. Zeb removed damaged flooring and set-up fans and equipment at my rental home to assist with drying of the home in effort to prevent mold & mildew. He did an AMAZING job and did not hesitate to assist me even though it was Christmas Eve. He was very prompt and professional A&Z takes pride in their work and delivering exceptional quality to their customers. They made it a seamless experience for me as a customer and I highly recommend A&Z for mitigation services.

This company did an excellent job. They were extremely professional, provided excellent service and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company for carpet stretching & cleaning.

Mr. Corbett was quick to respond when called. I had received several quotes for the job, his was the best. The workers arrived as scheduled and Mr. Corbett checked in daily on their progress. They moved the appliances and replaced and reconnected them when they finished. The job did take longer than anticipated, but I do appreciate them taking their time and doing the job right. The floor and the inlay design looks beautiful. I would recommend this company and would rehire them for another job in a heartbeat. .

They were here exactly when they said they would come, and it took them less time than I actually expected. Due to the needs of an aging parent who resides with me, he worked within the time frame I asked him to, to the point of bringing extra workers to make sure the work was completed in a timely fashion. They were professional and polite, and cleaned up very well after they completed the work. All old materials were removed. They installed the new flooring, including quarter round molding. It looks great!!! They left nothing for me to do. It was a pleasure to have them do this job.

The work was done in two stages. Stage 1: Sunday morning the framer arrived with two helpers and ripped out the old rotted flooring, repaired rotted joists, and installed a new floor. Stage 2: Tuesday morning the flooring crew arrived, moved the heavy items out of the kitchen, removed the old vinyl tiles and installed a new sheet of vinyl over the floor, then cleaned up and replaced the appliances they had moved.

The tile floor installation was excellent. It was not an easy job because the floor needed leveling, but these guys really took their time doing the job right, and I appreciated their courteousness and professionalism.

He was GREAT! It went really smoothly, and as he was very confident in everything he said and made me feel extremely comfortable with everything he did. He picked gave me an estimate, told me the equipment to purchase, and even picked it up for me. Smiling. When it was all said and done, he and his AWESOME and Friendly crew were very professional and did there job efficiently and fast! They cleaned up behind themselves and left me with beautiful wood flooring. I will absolutely use Zeb and his crew again.

The installation went perfectly. Zeb picked up the flooring a few days before the scheduled installation so that it could acclimate in the installation room. He and his partner came early on the day of installation and started work right away. They were very professional and did an excellent job installing the floor. They cleaned up after the installation as well. The floor looks beautiful. I could not be happier. It was a pleasure having them in my home, as they were so pleasant and respectful. I will definitely hire them to do more rooms.

Zeb and his crew were promptly on time and did a great job installing flooring in my entire home! The cost was cheaper than anyone in town and included free removal and disposal of my carpet. They paid great attention to detail and worked quickly and efficiently! They moved furniture around, placed it back, and cleaned up all the mess. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for flooring installation to give Zeb a call!

The subcontractor was prompt, efficient and thorough. With subcontractors like this I will call him again.

They came and gave me a quote the same day that I called. Not only that, but they came and installed the flooring for me on a Saturday and did approximately 400 square feet in less than a day, including all finish work (molding, etc). I WILL be using them again for carpet/ tile work in the future.

Called Zeb at lunch and he came out the same day to give estimate on fixing laminate floor and replacing floor with tile. Decided to replace kitchen floor (and other areas with laminate) with tile, but fix laminate in dining room. We decided on a date/time and they arrived on time agreed upon. Zeb was able to save undamaged laminate from other areas to fix the dining room. He also was able to reuse molding that was removed, saving me a little money. They moved appliances and replaced them when finished. When finished they cleaned up. The replacement of the laminate was as painless as possible and Zeb was great to work with.

I gave Zeb a call on a Friday afternoon to set up an estimate. He was able to come out and take a look within the hour. Fortunately for us, he was available to start right away, which happened to be the day after Christmas. He was punctual for his estimate, gave us a reasonable quote, and told us that we could get the materials or he could. He gave us some ways to save money, one of which was by moving the furniture ourselves. (He called us later to say that he'd bring some extra help and take care of it for no additional charge.) He called us the next day from Lowe's as he was buying supplies to give us our pricing options.On the day of, he and his crew were prompt in showing up. They got right to work moving furniture and laying the floors. They were able to complete the job within in a day. We got laminate flooring put in for two rooms and it looks great. We would absolutely recommend his work and plan to give him a call when we are ready to start working on our bathroom.
