Arrived when they said they would. Reasonable price. Did not waste any time. Our windows are sparkling clean. I will definitely use Window Genie again!

Great! Timely and well done

Very pleased with most of the work. Upstairs windows look better but are not as clean as I had hoped. The house is large and they began the cleaning of the eaves and brick first and then got into a hurry on the windows trying to get it all done in one day. The very upper eaves were not done as well as the lower ones---I realize height is a problem. House looks much better. Wish they had taken a little more time and attention to detail.

What a team!! Two people, one inside, one outside. Fast, thorough cleaning that has left our windows spotlessly clean. Windowsills cleaned, too. All windows safely locked again, blinds restored to lowered position. We WILL have them return. Very reasonable pricing, too. Next Christmas we will take advantage of their other service of holiday decorating.

The young woman who came out did a fantastic job!! I asked her to show me how to remove the screens and she showed me how easy it was. I would definitely hire again!

Fabulous! Brandon arrived as planned and installed beautiful Christmas lights. They’re so much prettier in person! He has followed up to make sure I am happy and asked for pictures once I added our decorations. I’m very pleased and will be calling them again in years to come.

The house looked brand new as did all the other areas they cleaned. This was the second time they have done work for us and we have been very satisfied both times. Will definitely hire them again!!!

They were careful on cleaning the window even inside. They made sure that no water would come inside. I would recommend them highly. They came very quickly and corrected it without any questions. They were very well. I was pleased. They were professional.

Until a few weeks ago, I had never heard of Window Genie. I needed help washing my house and shed. I made a call to Window Genie and scheduled an appointment with them. A polite young man came to my home and appraised the mold and mildew work that needed to be done to my property. He quoted a reasonable price that very day. He set me up with a date and time. The day arrived and so did Window Genie. The hard-working crew was pleasant, answered my questions and gentle-washed my house and storage building. Everything looks great! I highly recommend Window Genie to any one needing assistance cleaning their home exterior.

The team was excellent I was very happy with the level of care while they were performing the cleaning. They moved items from the area and what they were unable to move they performed the services carefully around them. We will definitely have them back in the future!
