Great service. Upon arrival for job, I had misunderstood some of the things being done. Office Rep called me right away and we rescheduled for the a new work date and the initial rep to come back out and re-explain the job being done. Great work and fast service.

The work was very good, they were on time and explained what they were doing, they seemed to care about the customer.

Great! They were very professional and honest throughout the whole process. I would totally use them again, but hopefully, I won't have to!

My crawlspace was wet, moldy, and just nasty. The insulation was soaking wet and it smelled awful. I called five different companies to come out and give me quotes on what they thought needed to be done. I had quotes all over the board ranging from $7,000 all the way up to $48,000. Southern dry was not the cheapest but no where near the most expensive. I decided to use them because Kevin the sales associate I used fully explained the process and broke down each step to where I could understand what was going to be accomplished and what materials would be used. They were even willing to accommodate my special request of adding an extra door to have access under my porch. The installation team, Cha-Chi, Michael, and Ventura were absolutely outstanding. They communicated well and made me fully aware when each step of the process would be taking place. They also always arrived on time and made sure to clean up any trash after each day of work. All in all, SouthernDry is a top notch company with top notch employees to match, would recommend them to anyone.

Great 100% satisfied start to Finsh

Calvin was super helpful in getting us exactly what we needed for our 1903 home. Full crawlspace encapsulation and a repair of a sagging section of the house that was overloaded with a floated concrete floor. He easily could have oversold us on expensive repairs that were unnecessary but he was honest and up front with our issues and reassured us that our foundation was in really good condition for the age of the house. The crew doing the work showed up when they said they would and left the place clean. Highly recommend these guys to get the job done right!
