I liked their service. They came in and fixed everything although I did not know how they were going to do that because it was very complicated. We have recently started an annual maintenance service where they come and take everything and tune it up twice a year. And if you need any service from them, they do it at a discount if you have an annual maintenance contract with them. They took time to explain to me what went wrong with our system and what their options were for fixing it, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable as well.

The experience was great. The installers were prompt, courteous, professional, and very effecient. I would recommend them to anyone replacing their current heating and cooling system

Justin was quite friendly and easy to talk with. We apprectiated that he met with us to explain what he would use for our healthy HVAC system for our new home. He seemed willing to follow the Building Biology specifications, but the builder said that he would sometimes not return his phone calls on trying to get updates on the estimate and some changes we wanted to make in the system. We met another time at the property to try and get more details worked out, but then he backed out of doing the job at the last minute! We really needed someone to start on the HVAC right away and so we were quite disappointed that after meeting and discussing the project that he would not do the job because he did not believe the Building biology recommendations would work which showed that he did know enough about how a healthy house HVAC needs to be built. I guess it worked out best in the long run because the HVAC person we hired consulted with the building biologist over the phone and is using a lower tonage on our system than what Justing had calculated and a healthier motor also. He calculated a higher tonage which would have meant higher energy bills. Overall, this company seemed very nice to work with but waiting until the last minute to tell us that they would not do the job was very unprofessional and poor service, and this left us being a bit stressed about getting the right person to do the job.
