Description of Work: I have used Joiner's on multiple occasions. The woman in the office is great to deal with and very helpful. If my need is urgent, she makes sure it gets handled promptly. Scott is usually the technician that comes out and he is extremely well mannered and knowledgeable.

+ -1 moreEverything regarding this project went well with the following 2 exceptions. 1- the tankless water heater did not perform to the statements made by the business; and 2- a main reason why the water heater does not perform is because it's, per the manufacturer improperly installed. The manufacturer will not help with the provider; and the provider upon my notice that the water heater was not working as stated, never took any action to review the installation. I have no idea if the provider knows the proper installation technique at this time. If I were to use this provider again, I would be completely specific to ensure the claims of the provider are accurate, and the installation is made as recommended.
Description of Work: Sell and install a natural gas tankless water heater, and complete stubbing for water in garage and natural gas for range, dryer, and fireplace.
