Description of Work: Added two-story addition to house. The addition included space for large den (downstairs), master bathroom, closet, and laundry area adjoining master bedroom (upstairs). Turned rustic screen porch into a beautiful sunroom. Remodeled inside existing laundry room and master bath and created an office area (from laundry room), divided previous master bath into half bath (off the office area) and the other half of master bath into huge pantry entering from kitchen. They also built a beautiful backporch and new steps to replace a run-down deck and steps to include a door leading from master bedroom on one side of the porch and another door from the sunroom to the porch. We previously had an unfinished room adjioining the old den (downstairs) which they created as a kitchenette between the old den and new den. New windows were installed throughout the house, new sinks, countertops, range hood, and flooring upstairs and downstairs. They also replaced our dropped ceiling in the entire downstairs area..
