The DIY Home Builder network offers electronic tools that can help an Owner/Builder with their DIY Home Construction project or be helful for an existing Owner with a complex Home Repair by offering a portal for organizing their project activities and managing electronic communications and scheduling tools like the Pros use. Having built several of my own homes, I recently made an investment in the best Construction Management software on the market. Why ? The Construction Industry is in a shambles. Prices are high, but recovering in some markets. We have the Pandemic, Natural Disasters and all the busy-ness of life with the Family, School and the Day Job. Who has extra time to run their own Home projects ? Electronic organization of your DIY Home Construction project can make "running your own project" a reality. Oh, there will be stress risers but also the possibility of saving thousands of dollars by performing some of the roles like a General Contractor would do for your home project. Note that licensed tradespeople (subcontractors) are often required and be sure to check with local government on permits for new construction and home repairs as well.
