+ -1 morey heat pump went out. I spoke with Mr. Bakane over the phone, He did not perform the service, however, he did gave me very good advice as to what the problem was. He told me how to test it over the phone. Based on that test, he felt that the fan motor was bad. I contacted a technician to replace the fan and my system was back on within an hour. His advice turned out to be 100% accurate. It saved me time and money in getting it repaired.
Description of Work: Replaced the fan motor on my heat pump.

+ -1 moremy a/c quit working on one of the hottest days, the company promptly sent a technician out and replaced the part that was not working and he made sure my whole a/c unit was running correctly for less than half the price of every one else I had called that day. he was very professional, highly recommend this company and plan to use them again when I install extra vents in my home.
