There were a few glitches but Randy took care of all of them promptly

Provider arrived on time, discussed details of build. Carperters arreived early, stayuntil about 4:30 pm. Carpenters VERY efficient, worked very quickly, little to no waste of time or materials. They also kept us informed of progress, intended return dates and times. They were very good at cleanup at end of day as well as end or their involvement. Drywallers wanted to borrow tools, arrived late, left early, slow to complete. Painters worked well excepting one individual with no eye for details. Details included one rather large area, creating delay, unnecessary return. Overall, the project rated a B, including no attempt to keep us informed of plans. We only got outline for the day when we called to ask.

He had a secretary to call me back but I just felt like to decorate the bathroom I needed to be able to communicate better. He was fair on his price, but a little higher than the other contractor. His estimate was thorough as far as where he would carry the stuff out.

They were fantastic and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

I met with Randy to look into a bathroom renovation in my 1954 home. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and provided a detailed explanation of what would be required to properly remodel by 8x7 (tiny) bathroom. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience, however I did choose not to proceed. Wyatt Building Corporation was double every other estimate that I received (four total).

Not selected because he was about 30% higher that other quotes and insurance with no room for discussion.

This company did a great job with our deck repair after we had tornado damage. They were on time, professional, and reasonable.

We have not had him do the job yet due to budget issues.

They were great. They answered my phone call and they were honest so that was a big deal.

They were good. They were easy to get in touch with. You can always find the owner. If he could not talk to you when you call him, he would get right back with you. They do good work and are reasonably priced.

I was very disappointed. This is a large company. They should have it more together

Wes came out and gave us an estimate soon after we called. He brought along one of his construction guys and a kitchen designer, so he was very prepared to give us an accurate quote. We received the quote very quickly, and Wes was able to start the next week, which is exactly what we needed! Our remodel included taking down a wall, removing a cabinet peninsula, rearranging some cabinets and moving the fridge, adding a kitchen island, redoing the lighting, adding a tile backsplash, granite countertops, painting, refinishing the wood floors, adding under cabinet lighting, and replacing second floor tub surround. The final cost matched the estimate, plus a few changes that were added later. Wes always made sure to discuss the changes (extra painting and floor refinishing) with us in detail before doing them, so we were able to make the decisions ourselves. Wes's team did a great job on the work, and Wes even came out later to do a few last minute touch-ups. He was very easy to work with, and easy to get in touch with during the remodel. My husband can be very particular, and Wes handled his requests with a lot of patience :-)

Kitchen update went well, Wes (owner) and Keelan (project manager) took care of things and got the job done.

We received an estimate on adding two rooms to the rear of out home. We decided to purchase a new home, and dropped the add ons.

While I ended up not going with Wyatt it had nothing to do with their professionalism or interactions with me. I worked with Jay who was very courteous and came out very soon after contacting them. He listened to what I was asking for, even came back out to show me a sketch and worked with me on a fair estimate. I ended up going with another contractor simply because I was able to get a "friends and family" rate that substantially reduced the cost. While the estimate from Wyatt was a bit higher than I had anticipated I don't feel it was totally out of the range for the work and expected quality.

Wyatt called me and asked how soon I needed the work done. I told him as soon as possible. The man said he would be glad to come out and give me an estimate but it would be 2 or 3 months before he could do the work. I told him that was to long and he said if I changed my mind to call him back. I really liked the honesty.

Wyatt exceeded our expectations. They were professional, responsive and easy to work with. The final price was $1,100 below the original estimate.

Jay came out, was professional and very personable. Jay wanted his framer to inspect the job. He explained that it would take a few days and he sent me back a great quote. In the meantime I found out that I had to replace the roof due to hail damage & replace the heat-pump due to several issues which were not worth fixing. Bob Jones

All went well. The punch list was completed promptly.

Minor problems. Resolved well. Did more the specifications required.

Randy came out as scheduled and assessed the project. He quickly provided detailed drawings and an estimate. The job was started in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional. As the job progressed they even suggested improvements, such as moving the stairs to a more suitable location and installing deck lighting. The crew worked weekends and on the 4th of July. The quality of work was excellent and completed as quickly as possible. I would definitely use Wyatt Building Corp. on future projects.

The man who came to do the estimate was friendly and professional. He arrived on time and kept me updated on when my estimate would be ready. He was willing to work with my needs. The estimate arrived and I felt was excessively high. I was able to get the work done for less than half of what I was quoted with Wyatt. Nice, but definitely overpriced.

The work done was great. We made some changes along the way and Mr. Wyatt was very good about adjusting the work. He listened to what we wanted but provided us great ideas. His workers were all very professional and respectful. He and his people had a key to our home for about six months and we never worried about our safety. We plan to have the kitchen redone and will use him again.
