 + -1 moreThey performed the work, but upon completion they realized the mower had bigger problems. Instead of just charging me anyway, we worked out a deal where I could just leave the mower, and they would waive the fee.
Description of Work: i had a lawnmower that would not start, and brought it in for service and repair.

Description of Work: Repaired Honda Lawnmower: Needed self-propel repaired and engine tune up. Met Mike ,really nice guy, and work was fairly priced I thought. Took about a week to do repair which was no issue since I was not going to be needing to cut grass anytime soon. They seem to really care about their reputation. I have yet to try the mower out since it's not grass cutting time yet, but initial impression was quite positive.

 + -1 moreOutstanding. Price was fair. Lots of value for very little money. Mower is in good shape, and I would use them again. They were a bit backed up so a little bit slower than I expected, but was thrilled with their work and was well worth the wait.

Description of Work: I took our inoperative leaf vacuum into the establishment, was provided an estimate and approximate time required for service. I noted that there were many clients with their own landscape service operations which seemed to indicate a trust among professionals. The product was delivered on time, at the price estimated, and most importantly, it was repaired properly and worked without any problems. I have used other small engine repair services and never felt they exhibited professionalism or provided the level of confidence of this organiztion.
