+ -1 moreWe have used him many times so he comes to our home. He is very responsive. He came out on a Sunday because he knows that my husband has a heart condition. Therefore, he came on Sunday, when he would not normally be working. He has always been very attentive. He comes when he says he will come. He is very polite and the work is excellent. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Sure Temp Inc. The last time I used his services was about two months ago. He came and repaired the outside air conditioning unit. I spent about $200 for the job done.

+ -1 moreFor some reason, the company never sent me the estimate. When I called and asked for it, they said they would get it to me soon. I never received it and went with another company.
Description of Work: Estimate to replace HVAC and extend additional duct work to an addition on our home.

+ -1 moreI call them and they usually come out the same day, because we are a regular customer. They do a good job of maintaining our system. We've used them for the last 8 to 10 years. They are a very honest company. A while back they had a bad batch of condensation pump and he had replaced our pump unknowingly with a faulty one. He replaced the pumps twice more, before he got a good quality working one and he didn't charge us for any of the work.
Description of Work: They came out for the annual air conditioner maintenance. We have them come out every year or two. They make sure everything is working properly.
