Description of Work: He tried to repair my laptop computer but they said the cost of repairs were going to be so much that it would be better to put my money into a new laptop. This one was seven years old. Their policy is if they can't fix it they do not charge for trying to do so. Thus the cost is zero. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very honest. Good people.
