Great team, very responsive, very respectful of your property. When you are faced with a difficult situation such as a flood, most are willing to sign any paper work placed in front of you. I would caution anyone in this situation to take the time to read CAREFULLY all the details of what you are agreeing to. Would I use Restoration 1 again? yes, but I would take the time to read all disclosures.

This is a great company. Unlike other contractors I have delt with, James is dependable, reliable and prompt. He was responsive to my calls and willing to answer any questions I had. I can not even tell that there was damage to my home. James is easy to work with and he followed up to ensure all my expectations were being met.
