+ -1 moreJack, owner of Professional Pool, and his son were extremely professional and very helpful. They were very punctual in giving me an estimate and also letting me know when the new liner came in. Installation of the new liner went great and my and quot;newand quot; pool is beautiful. I did a lot of price comparison and found Jack's price to be very reasonable. We did have a problem with the new auto pool cleaner. I contacted Jack, and he immediately got in touch with the manufacturer's rep. Then our problems really started. The rep was very and quot;curtand quot; to me on the phone as was the rep directly from the manufacturer. Jack was extremely helpful through this problem and advised he would do whatever we needed him to in order to correct the problem. Within a week, he had the problem solved and we have a new (different) pool cleaner. We definitely would recommend Professional Pool to others.
Description of Work: Removed old pool liner and replaced with custom made liner, did patch work on pool bottom, changed sand in filter and also obtained new auto pool cleaner.

Description of Work: Removed old vinyl liner, repaired leak at light, some small repairs to pool bottom, replaced vinyl liner, replaced part so that main drain functioned properly, checked for leaks.

+ -1 moreProfessional Pools is who we call when we need help with the pool. We take care of our pool ourselves, but when something comes up that we can't handle, we call them. They always come promptly and present with a professional and pleasant attitude.
Description of Work: Jack Bullock has serviced our inground pool on a "per call" basis for approx 10 years. He always responds promptly, is quite knowledgeable about all things pool, and is always professional. Included in our dealings with him is the replacement of our vynal liner(s). His work is excellent and I don't remember ever having to call him back to "re-do" or finish his work.

+ -1 moreThis is a very professional pool service and they fix about anything that goes wrong with my pool. I call them and I get speedy service. The person that comes is always professional and knows just how to fix the problem. I rely on my pool especially on the hot days so I can't have it not functioning properly.
Description of Work: I needed my sand filter changed in my 20,000 gallon pool. The price included a maintenance check on my pool.
