Description of Work: Gave an estimate on carpet installation. Brought great samples though, inside decorator was great to work with over the phone.

Description of Work: I used this company to purchase my tile for kitchen and baths. It was a special order and we had some problems with not enough of it. Time was a crunch so they went out of their way to make this happen and their employees were excellent. The decorators were especially significant in this whole process. They deserve a raise. Believe me that this is a company you will enjoy working with again and again. I certainly will over the years.

Description of Work: When ordering ceramic tile for my kitchen and baths, the sweet girl I really felt for as she made a math error when ordering. However, it was overnighted the original first order. I did get it and discovered it was short about 60 tiles for my kitchen backsplash. I called the store after concluding what happened, I asked them to get the remainder of the tile in ASAP. Long story short, the second batch was special ordered and supposedly overnighted also. This was on Friday. It is now TUESDAY of the following week and everything in my new house is tiled except for the kitchen due to this error on their part. Today I am told that it was loaded on the truck TODAY, TUESDAY and will HOPEFULLY be here on Wednesday. Key word is hopefully. I am moving in on Thursday and my tile guy is meanwhile WAITING for this tile to finish this job. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Now he will have to work around the family and dogs to finish up this job AFTER I move into the house. They do not seem to understand at Benjamin Moore that the whole point was to get all the work done BEFORE I move in. This is a mess. While I do love their paint, I will henceforth GO TO ANOTHER store to get paint after a lifetime of buying ONLY Benjamin Moore paints. What a sad ending but everyone be warned, do not buy anything you have to ORDER from the store.

Description of Work: We had porcelain glazed tile installed on our kitchen floor. They installed it over our old linoleum.

Description of Work: They installed new vinyl tile on our kitchen floor and new tile on our backsplash.

Description of Work: We had our three bedroom home carpeted and our kitchen tiled as well. The kitchen measures approximately 10x10. The bedrooms are all of a good size, but I am not sure on measurements.
