+ -1 moreThey do a good job. I have a cliff behind my house that goes up about 25 feet and they scale the cliff and go up there too, so they go the extra mile.
Description of Work: We have a contract with Nature Scape for yard maintenance. They come twice a month to mow and trim the yard. They also fertilize it.

+ -1 moreNot satisfied. They committed to bringing in topsoil that would result in 6 inches of topsoil in the planting area. They brought about 2 inches and since it was placed over almost solid rock, many plants did not do well. They did not make clear, that they would replace only once a plant that died, but that's all they did. I had multiple plants that died and did not live in the replanting either. I believe the problem was fundamentally the failure to provide the agreed upon level of topsoil, for the price I expected much, much more.
Description of Work: Landscaped the back yard.

+ -1 moreFor having so much work to do, this company does not complain. They are great. They take their time and make sure that the job is done right the first time. They come as many times as needed within the monthly charge. There is never a mess left behind, and our yard always looks great!
Description of Work: We have about one and a half acres of land. The company comes and does all basic maintenance to our yard during the month. They mow the grass, clean up all the trimmings from any shrubs they cut, weed eat, and put in bushes.

+ -1 moreI had Naturscapes come out and plant a few trees for shade, as well as some flowers in they front and back yards. The person that came out did a very good job, and was very polite, professional and did a very good job of cleaning up after himself.
