Description of Work: Mr. Bugg's isn't always highly professional and the work the y perform is first rate. It is necessary for us, given where we live, to have pest control performed every 3 months. They are always prompt and the method they use for pest spraying is highly effective and does not pose any risks to our children.

Description of Work: They are always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are very easy to work with. They send reminder cards when they are going to be in the area, but will always come at a different time if it is more convenient for me. I use them for my termite bond as well as regular pest control.

Description of Work: We had a millipede infestation in our house. I called Mr. Buggs to inquire about their services. They were very professional. They patiently explained that they could come and kill the visible ones but the millipedes will return once it rains again. I was happy to get such an honest opinion from them ... shows they professionalism ... I'm planning to go back to them soon for mosquito treatment service for my backyard.

+ 0 moreThey come on time when they say they will come. They were pretty professional and they always clean up after themselves. They are doing a good job. It is the same price no matter how many times they have to come. The price is reasonable considering how many times they will come.

+ -1 moreThis company did not meet my expectations. They were very inconsistent. Sometimes the inside was checked and not the outside and vice versa and sometimes they would only inspect the inside if we asked them. I also thought they were expensive for quarterly service. I will say however, that they did always arrive on time as scheduled.
Description of Work: I hired them to spray the outside and inside for bugs like roaches and ants, they were also supposed to check for termites when they came out. Price is for yearly contract.

I notice the bugs start coming in right before it s time for them to spray, but after they spray, the bugs are all gone. I would highly recommend Mr. Bugg s.
