They added an additional Down Spout to handle the additional flow of water. There should have been two originally installed when the home was built. This solved the major problems with drainage. This company did a wonderful job and the quality was outstanding.

I gave the company an overall rating of a "B" because of some glitches that reflected poor communication on the part of company staff. I actually paid for this service through my local Lowes which apparently contracts with Drain Right, so Lowes may have played a role in the lack of communication. When I paid for the service at Lowes, I made it clear that I work and would not be present for the installation. On the scheduled date, I received multiple frantic messages from Drain Right on my home answering machine asking me if I would be available to direct the workers and provide electricity (presumably for the worker's tools), Additional irritants were the installer's presumption that two rain barrels, that were on the other side of the yard, were to be installed, and the installation of downspouts above the ground drain pipes. My complaints were pleasantly handled and a return date was scheduled. However, despite having informed the company I would not be present, I eventually was required to take hours off work to be present to supervise the repairs. Overlooking the setbacks, I was very pleased by the courteous responses from Drevin and his assurance that the work would be completed to my satisfaction, which it was. The workers that came out did seem to be short on problem solving skills but were pleasant enough and I feel like I got a good quality product/service.

I called the company to have someone come out to give me an estimate. We had to wait approximately 10 days before anyone even came out for the estimate. Once the rep came out and gave me the estimate, he explained that they were running behind and it might be a couple of weeks before they could do the work. Approximately a month later they called and scheduled the work. The workers showed up when scheduled and the work was completed on time. However, they did not do a very good job of cleaning up as I found several long gutter nails in my yard on on my deck. I also found several older roofing nails that were probably in the old gutters and fell on my deck when the tore down my old gutters. Overall I'm pleased with the work, but think that the company needs to improve on punctuality and clean-up.

I called this company to get an estimate on having my gutters cleaned. They said they would come out and take a look at the house in the next few days and leave an estimate in the mailbox. I didn't hear from them for a week. In that time period I had another company come out the very next day and give me an estimate. I hired them after not hearing from Drain Right for over a week. I got a phone call from Drain Right about 9 days after having called them asking if anyone had come out to the house yet. Obviously someone dropped the ball. They don't seem very organized.

The gutters and installation seemed fine, but soon after I began having serious water problems in a few walls. I called the company to explain what was happening to see if they had an idea of the cause. I received voicemail and they never returned my call.

It went pretty well. They didn't tell me when they were coming. He said he would call me and let me know, but he didn't. It took them about 45 minutes to do the work.

They did a great job and they addressed some unique situations that resulted from when the original gutters were put up incorrectly, as they did a good job, they were punctual, and they communicated with us. They were a good company and they took care to make sure the plants around the house were not damaged in anyway.

The crew was on time, they were polite and did a professional job. Some minor fascia repair needed to be done which was not anticipated, but they did it on the spot with only a minor additional charge.

Overall, it went well. The work scheduling was not as flexible as we would have liked and was a few days later than we were initially told, but the workers were very quiet and very sensitive to a business meeting that I had at my home during repair and installation. It was great -- no problem. I did have to call a couple of times to get the estimate but, when the estimator came out, he found and fixed a problem with our rear gutters while he was writing up the estimate. He was great! The company is definitely worth any scheduling snafus with the estimate or the work itself. They made everything right. Truly, they saved us a couple thousand off a competitor's estimate to replace all our gutters, which was not needed at all. We are very, very pleased with Drain Right. Highly recommend them!

Mr. Smith came out and measured and gave me a price ($275 is their minimum charge). I had only asked for the 29' gutter to be replaced, but he was able to do both of the damaged lengths for the same price. The work was completed about one week after the estimate.
