It was the first time I had used their services, and chose them because of their recommendation here on Angie's List. From the time the technician introduced himself as "Mike" until he was finished several hours later, I was extremely pleased. His professionalism was superb. He completely explained the process, answered all of my questions, and my carpet looked brand new when he finished.

James and L.U. were very professional and thorough from start to finish. I was very satisfied with the job they performed. I will use them again the next time my carpet needs cleaning and highly recommend them.

Estimate was accurate. Both pick up and delivery employees were extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. The rug (heavy traffic stains only) looks and smells great. Always communicated when they said they would. Very professional and a great service. They were not the cheapest estimate we received, but very close in price and just seemed more professional. Delivery took a week longer than I expected because we were having it delivered, but was no big deal. I was called on a Wednesday to let me know the rug was ready and that was the time I expected it, but because they only do deliveries on Wednesdays, I had to wait until the following Wednesday. Again, wasn't an issue for me and we will certainly deal with them again.

They were pretty good. Everything went fine. They did a good job. I was happy. We didn't have any complaints at all. I don't think they were outrageous in pricing. They came when they said.

I will start by saying that I was at first very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of the people at Dad's Carpet Cleaning. I spoke with the owner and was given a thorough explanation of the services they provided. When I later called to schedule the job, I was pleased by the detailed records kept and the fact that they had my information readily available. That said I was NOT pleased when the man arrived at hour newly-purchased home to do the cleaning. When I originally spoke with the owner, I gave him the approximate dimensions of the rooms in our house (we hadn't yet received the exact room sizes). I did let him know that the rooms were larger than normal and that we had a bonus room as well. We were given a quote of $325 to clean and add a protectant to the carpet. This seemed like a lot of money to invest in builder-grade carpet, but it seemed a better alternative to the cost of replacement (though there were practically no dark stains or problems with the carpet). The technician called me from my house (I wasn't able to be there) and explained that the owner actually misquoted me over the phone. After he measured the rooms, he quoted me more than $500 to do the same job! I couldn't believe the price differential. He said he could "help me out" by still conditioning the carpet but leaving out the protectant at the end to keep the price closer to $300+. I politely asked him to leave. I was disappointed and felt as though they had played the oldest trick in the book: quote something over the phone, schedule the appointment, and jack up the price upon arrival. No doubt I will find myself a different carpet cleaning company for future jobs.

They were wonderful in every sense.

There was a slight mix up in scheduling, but when I called to inquire, Dad's sent out a technician and even though it was later in the day, Mike cleaned everything and even rinsed out a spot in the dining room that he "couldn't stand". ;-) My husband and I had used Dad's many times in the past, and we have never been disappointed. They leave the carpet feeling clean and never soapy or too wet.

Great! We were in a bind because our decorators had scheduled our carpet to be re-stretched and steam cleaned two days before our movers were to arrive, which we worried would not be enough time to dry and might conflict with our painting schedule. I found Dad's on Angie's List and gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day and do both, the restretching and the steam-cleaning. (For whatever reason, our decorator wanted to use two different groups and thought they needed to be on different days because the scheduling would be too difficult to coordinate) The steam cleaning guy came out right on time, although the re-stretcher was running behind from another job. (I thought this was reasonable, seeing as I made my appointment less than 24 hours before). I asked them if they were going to have enough time (it was already 3pm), and they assured me it would get done. Our basement is pretty large (includes a guest bedroom, a hallway, stairs and a large main area), and so it was taking longer than they expected (since they had not come out to make an estimate for time). The guys offered to come in the next day (Saturday) in the morning, so that the carpet would be ready to go when the painters started on Monday morning. The guys were so helpful and did a great job. It was a breath of fresh air after being told repeatedly that it was not possible to have it done on the time table we needed, to having them come over and just do it. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them again.

The man, Micheal that came out to give an estimate was courteous, professional and explained everything. He also was the one coming out with another employee to clean the carpet. Micheal was very knowledgeable and explained all of the options for carpet cleaning. The day of the cleaning went well. Micheal's assistant was equally professional and courteous; just can't think of his name. This is a great company with an excellent work ethic.

Moved into a new house and called dad's to clean the carpets. As always, they did a great job. Arrived as planned and worked hard while on the job.

DAD'S CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING are fabulous. They thoroughly explain everything before they do it, including what they're doing and all the costs. They're very thorough and very professional. It was easy to get a convenient appointment with them. They call when they're coming out and they come on time. They're very punctual. They did a very nice job. I was very happy with the quality of their work.

Crew arrived on time and completed all tasks in a timely manner. No complaints and would use again.

I contacted them and everything went well but at the last minute, I had to cancel but the customer service seems very good. They gave me a quote but the scheduling was wrong on my end. They got back with me immediately although the price might have been a little bit more than the average person, the reviews on this company were phenomenal.

Called and was given an estimate over the phone and gave me an overview of all the plans they provide. The worker called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way and how far away he was. Upon arival went over the plan and looked at the carpet and chair I wanted them to clean. Finally settled on the front room and hallway. Discussed the material of chair and was honest abount not being able to guarantee the chair would come clean. Was very professional in actions and conversation. Work was done timely and was better than what I had expected. He also explained the chemicals used and how to keep the carpet looking new after he was through. Was extremly satisfied.

I used them for my mother’s coffin in it and they did a good job. Somebody rented our condominium and had left cat urine smell and they did it once. The people complain, they could still smell it. So, they came back and did it again. They were really nice. They did not install the carpet. They just cleaned it. Sometimes, there is a problem communicating with them because I called for some pricing on cleaning and doing something for me. I thought they will overprice it but he did not get back to me in time forth and I used somebody else. I got a good and not good experience with them.

Dad's cleaned an area rug for me that I had left out in the rain on accident. They did the best they could and actually got it really clean, but unfortunately because I had left it out for so long, it had a smell that would not come out. I would certainly recommend them for this type of cleaning, I would just recommend that you do it early and try not to do it yourself.
