Description of Work: We recently moved into a new home and the carpet was not in great shape. In fact, I didn't think the carpet in the basement/media room could be salvaged. I was wrong. It looks awesome. They arrived at exactly the time specified, even calling with a 30 minute heads up. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, two flights of stairs and a large media room. I chose the highest level of service they office which means they will come back for a year and clean any of those areas for free if we cannot remove the stain ourselves. They were even able to get up paint stains. We easily bought several more years with this carpet. I HIGHLY recommend Dad's to do your carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreI was unhappy with my old company so I thought I would try them out. I can tell you they are higher than some of the others but they do the best job. They are worth it. I have a large home they do all the living areas, three bedrooms, halls, etc. The staff is educated on proper fiber care. The have proper equipment for different jobs. They use different techniques for different fibers and stains. They really pay attention to all the details when cleaning. Nothing is extra, not stain guard, not moving furniture it is all included there are no surprises like with the other companies.

The carpet looked new again and they followed up with a phone call to see if everything was to our satisfaction. That shows they really care about their work and customers.
Description of Work: The carpet cleaning man came to my house and steam cleaned twenty four hundred square feet of carpet. He treated the stains first and used a truck mounted carpet cleaning machine.

The stains were no where to be found now and we were really happy with the job. I would also say they were very convenient and a whole lot easier to work with than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past.

I am so impressed, that they are able to get all the stains out of my carpets and are so thorough. The gentleman from Dads Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning moved all the furniture in the rooms and I was impressed to see he wore booties over his shoes, so he would not get any further dirt on the rugs. I also know that Dads Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning uses pet friendly chemicals, which are very important to my family.

When I called them out it was always convenient and the carpets couldn t be any cleaner without being new when their finished. They were fabulous when it came to getting in the areas hard to get to and I really loved their service and attitude.

+ -1 moreOverall, I thought he did a great job and the carpet looked brighter, newer, and so much better as a result. I found the price I paid to be the local average. I was able to get an appointment at a time that was most convenient for me. The man showed up on time and worked hard to get it done in about two hours. I dont know if he wouldve moved furniture to get all areas, or provide protection for furnishings to prevent chemical stains, due to the fact I had him in prior to moving into the house. I remember the carpet being dry in only a few hours. Id recommend this company to family or friends. He successfully removed any and all stains present.
Description of Work: The man from the company did a thorough chemical cleaning in two bedrooms, the living room and dining room and in a large walk in closet.
